Today we released new versions of all plugins in the Classic Series. It includes a fix for the invisibility problem when used with some wrappers including the VST to RTAS wrapper from FXpansion, meaning you can now use the plugins in protools (if you got the wrapper). And the best part is; the Classic Series remains free.
Enjoy!:)

It is mainly a bugfix release, so if you do not have any issues with the old version you do not need to update.audio/fault wrote:are there any other changes beside that wrapper thing? do i need to download them if i use them in a "normal" vst way?

Torben it's really cool that you would support a set of free plugs! I wanted to say thanks to you for these nice plugs!

Excellent series for sure. Classic Comp, Reverb, and Delay all ranked in the top 10 for the free effect categories in the member survey here.
GCO-1 also made the commercial plugin list at 10th, which is not bad considering there aren't any other "standard" compressors on that list.
Congratulations to Torben on a strong showing in the member survey!

nBeat, there are things I would like to structure in a better way on the web site but there is only 24h in a day in Denmark and most of my time is used on algorithm development
Making a new web design is one of the things I will outsource (again) in a near future.
Thanks

Hi Torben, I thank you for enabling my music to continue! Your plugs have really been a boon to me.
In a win98, FLS, setup, when I turn the knobs to extreme values on most of the plugs, I get an exception error and the gui goes black. If I reselect it from the mixer, it comes back and works. Is this the transparency issue?
Anyways, thanks a million, - these are awesome.

Hey Torben, there's only 24 hours in a day here too (Malaysia), but each hour has longer minutes...Torben wrote:there is only 24h in a day in Denmark
At least it seems that way when my wife says she'll be ready in 20 minutes and I'm still waiting 1 hour later...
But anyway, thanks once more for all your hard work. You're a star in my book.

Maybe I should move Andy, Malaysia is warmer too and Denmark is so cold this time a year brrrr.
ouroboros, try the new version. If it does not solve the problem please mail support@kjaerhusaudio.com with all details i.e. what is an extreme setting? Sound or parameter wise?
Thanks

will do, thanks. I think the new version fixes it: by extreme, I mean, turned to the extreme values at either end of the knob.
And again, these are beautiful gifts to the music world, thanks
