i got the sytrus plugin with XXL version of Fl studio. IF i have this is it worth it to get another FM synthesizer?

It has a unique sound and adding another FM, like FM7, would expand your arsenal and not be redundant.

My favorite FM synth is Rhino (although - like Sytrus - it's a lot more than "just" an FM synth).
