Political speeches/addresses, any help?

I spent the last two hours searching for a site with political speeches and addresses, and maybe even some rediculous propaganda wavs from past wars... but between juggling through mind boggling amounts of fake links, firefox prevented pop-ups, and unwanted porn redirections I have come up empty handed. I remember there being a free site out there with plenty of what I desire but alas the name is lost to me. Does anybody have a link to some wavs like i desire?

There are lots of presidential speeches in there and other famous ones. They should be in the public domain so I don't think there would be a problem with sample clearance.

Lots of good old speeches, war propaganda, radio shows etc. A lot of the content is in mp3 but there is a lot in wav also.

You might also want to try a P2P client like DC++ and get on one of the Audiobooks Hubs. Most of this material is public domain so there shouldn't be any IP issues about trading this sort of material.
