Hi,
I have Fruity Loops Studio 5 and I'm trying to slow the tempo to a very specific BPM. It is currently 69 BPM and when I grab the right side of the tempo automation clip spline and lower it, it appears as though I am only allowed to lower it to 3% (which does hardly anything) and 5% (much too slow). Is there a way I can set it to slow to an exact tempo or am I bound to only these two percentage choices? Thank you.

I havent really tried any of that, but if you work your project with a high PPQ you will be able to zoom in a lot more and control the envelope to a higher extent with a lot more detail.
