PseudoStereo vs. reverb

I record flute or voice in mono and keep it unaccompanied or combine with one other instrument. I've been enhancing the mono track by converting it to stereo and adding a little reverb, in order to make it sound bigger and more spacious.

Now I wonder if PseudoStereo and StereoEnhancer from PSP StereoPack would be a better option.

If I used these, would it make sense to add the reverb before or after?

waves revers have a option mono to stereo also almoste all the waves plug have it !
