reason upgrade registration

I just got 3.0, but it seems like the props website isn't set up yet to issue upgrade licenses...is anyone else having this problem?...am I doing something wrong

IIRC, it's not ready yet (the website, that is), so you'll probably have to wait until the countdown timer on the website hits 0.
