[1] - I send SIR effect to track1 from bus2.
Now I can hear the effect while playing synth but its in delay.
[2] - I route track1 to bus1 and from bus1 I add AnalogX Sampleslide and Use 8960.
I dont get latency with reverb anymore, the new problem is that I get latency when playing, even at 128samples from the asio driver?
I've also tried 16384 with sample slide but that makes it worse any ideas where Im going wrong?

SIR has a latency that it introduces itself. There is no way of getting rid of it except when playing back a track using delay compensation. The author is working on a zero latency version, according to the website though.

If your going to use live input of plugs you should be monitoring through your host and not your card, otherwise you'll hear the delay between your card and the effect.Shut off input monitoring on your cards mixer applet.Mr Sleep wrote:I dont get latency with reverb anymore, the new problem is that I get latency when playing

Im only using VSTi's not actual midi.
Host, Logic 5.5.1. Windows XP.
As I said, soon as the timing for the reverb is fixed, the keyboard will take over the latency in trigger response when playing vsti's.
Any Idea whats goin on here?
