Hey

This is kinda OT but I have to say it.

I had a privilege of sharing the stage with Diane Schuur (I was a substitute for the regular guy who got sick). I played so loud she probably lost some of her hearing.

I'll try and post some pics.

Uh, guys...... she wears the glasses because...she is blind. The sax player in the office next to my studio tours with her from time to time. Such a fine voice she has!! You should get to know her work if you don't already.

She's amazing...what a voice

Her "I Loves You Porgie" on her album with Count Basie brings tears...

... and her treatment of Basie's "Corner Pocket" (Until I Met You) is pretty special.
