Calling all Ozonic users!!

I recently purchased Ozonic (as did you

) and what a great bit of kit it is!

However, I recently downloaded the demo version of Tracktion 2.0 (here: http://www.mackie.com/products/tracktion2/ ). which has a new MIDI controller mapping feature... and the software doesn't recognise Ozonic on my system.

I have already sought help on the RMS zone of the forum, and established that this is not a case of user error.

Can you therefore do me a favour? Would you download the demo and see if it works on your system?

Instructions for the MIDI mapping are on page 77 or the PDF reference guide. It is very simple and will only take you a few minutes.

At the stage in the process when you "click here to choose a controller" and then move a control on Ozonic, it should magically appear in the list... but there's no magic at present, just a blank page here.

perhaps theyve only sold one ozonic so far ???

seriously ... not sure why youre not getting responses to this question on any of the forums ... is there an m-audio forum you can ask on (would seem easier to get an ozonic owner to try T2 than to find another T2 demoer who already has an ozonic) ???

Pete - yes, I've tried that

Rob - I don't think there is an M-Audio forum. I posted a customer service question with them though, so hopefully MA technical support will look at it.
