I have both sampletank 2xl and sonic synth 1, i want to take advange of the cross grade to sonic synth2. I understand you have to prove purchose of the former 2. I dont have the receipts.. but obvioulsy have my codes and stuff.
I've emailed esounds asking what they require from me so i can take advantage of the crossgrade but have heard nothing?!
what shall i do?
also what % of ss2 sounds are not in the titles i already own?
is there a good selection of brass and wind insts?
thanks

All you have to do is buy the Sonik Synth 2 upgrade/crossgrade on www.esoundz.com If you are a SampleTank 2 XL registered user then you'll be able to register your SS2 right away but get it for less.
I don't know why you didn't hear back from esoundz but please email sales@esoundz.com if you have any questions and if you (or anyone) doesn't hear back within 24 hours then please email me with the message and let me know this. I'll make sure it doesn't happen because we just don't do that here!
Thanks.
Oh, brass and winds? I wouldn't buy it FOR those sounds but there are some more good ones. Percentage-wise you have plenty of gigs of material you don't have to where it is totally worth it. We're talking about 3-4 times the size of SS1. A whole different animal.

You can use me as a referrer to get your pointz, too.
wm, your gonna LOVE what having SS2's sounds in your library. It's like having a keyboard store full of vintage synths, and other cool sounds on your hard drive. Enjoy !!!!!

thanks, thats cool.. i may grab it soon then!
odd as it may seem, i'm mainly looking at upgrading to ss2 for everything but synths and drums.. ie: pianos, organs, brass, wind, eps, strings, choirs. maybe i'm doing the wrong thing?! another option would be the 'too expensive for me' colossus.
thanks again.

The Synths are a big part of SS2, but all the other content is great, too. I would venture to say that SS2 is the best value for the money I've gotten at eSoundz.

Plenty of really good voices, pianos, brass, winds, eps, strings and more in Sonik Synth 2. It's not a bad reason at all in fact. I probably even put TOO much of that stuff in there for those that would have bought it JUST for the synths but... this is a very organic synth! I hope you like it.wm wrote:thanks, thats cool.. i may grab it soon then!
