I have a friend who wants to know!

There is no best one! YET!
BFD is a well thought-out Sample Library with its pros and cons.. Some will find it to be "the best" or just what they've been looking for.

I have BFD, DFH, WIZOO, etc.... I'm even doing my own drum Library....

For me, Scarbee's ( it has the sound and feel that I like ) its the best for me... but not THE Best! 8)

What-ever works for your friend's style, would be the best!!
cheers.

Larry Seyers Acoustic Drums is awesome.
Granted....you'll need Gigastudio 3 to use it.
But,it takes full advantage of giga studio.

Take a look at his positional multi-layered sampling and how he applies it to the keyboard to be used live.
This is the real deal..........stupendous! ;)
