WWAYM nWRCFil filter effect, what are the RC parameters?

Just seen this in the news section, sounds good but does anyone know what the RC parameters are? Anybody from WWAYM want to say a bit about this special feature in more detail? I was intrigued about this on the synth they do but that is out of my price range, this effect at the lower price is in with a chance though.

With the RC sliders you can change the characteristic of the filter. RC means resonance correction.
Sometimes you dont need resonance on higher frequencies, sometimes you need more. This can be controlled with the resonance correction functions, where you can set the resonance level for some frequencies. This is a very interesting effect and it helps you to emulate the characteristics of several analogue filters.

Thanks for quick reply. It seems a good idea to allow adjustable characteristics on a filter like this, rather than buy several different filters or synths to achieve this. Dont know why more developers dont allow it (maybe more CPU intensive?).

This filter was 100% developed by us, it's based on a totally different idea than current digital filters. This filter allows it to be customized this way. If talking about filter plugins people mostly think at filters like the multi mode 2p filter, wich is very good indeed, but does'nt sound as warm as this filter. It took a really long time to develope this filter till the end. We are really proud of it. Hopefuly, also other people will like its sound!Nine 0 Nine wrote:Thanks for quick reply. This looks interesting - it has a dynamic section that responds to the envelope (and you can set the attack/release)...I didn't see a price - how much is it going for ?

Not outrageously expensive. Says 25 Euro on the news page.kylen wrote:This looks interesting - it has a dynamic section that responds to the envelope (and you can set the attack/release)...I didn't see a price - how much is it going for ?
