Corrupted Source File????

im trying to import some synth samples i have and i have all the files named (C1,C2,C3, etc) and when i click hit enter it scans them and gives me the message corrupt source file...????? i dont understand what this means. i open them up just fine in any other program but cant seem to understand why it wont load. other sounds are importing just fine but something about this set of sounds that were in winrar files before isnt working. help me squids HELP

I've had that occasionally. My quick fix is to load all the files up into Winamp, and set Winamp to "disk writer" mode. It basically reads each file and re-renders it to a new file.
If you don't have Winamp, try loading the files into a program that can save regular wav or aif files. Load and save, see if that helps.
