I was just at the new-ish Guitar Center in Robinson Twp PA (west of Pittsburgh, other end of town from the Monroeville one). They had one copy of P5 for $129.

Yeah, I would imagine retail copies of P5 1.x are pretty rare these days I snagged a copy about two weeks ago from an online shop and promptly sent in my free upgrade form. Hopefully, my P5 2.0 upgrade will arrive,in the next few weeks.
