Sorry if this is in wrong forum area, wasn't sure where to put it.
So reently i purchased a full boxed copy of Traktor Studio version 1 from ebay for the princely sum of about £7 including postage - score!!
The guy has been very nice about it and we've both emailed NI to ask about transferring the license so i can upgrade to the latest version for 49Euro.
However, this was over a week ago and i have heard nothing, and assume the seller has heard nothing as he said he'd email me if he did.
Do they allow license transfers? I thought they did cos i'm sure people have sold NI stuff in the market place before.
NIs policy on license transfers - do they have one?

mine took a while as well - but is it one fo the modern 30 days to register ones
cos they can be transferred automatically
