Kergos troubles

Hey, I'm having a bit of trouble with Kergos. For some reason I can't get some of the pads to trigger, and I can't get the volume, pan, filter section to trigger either. I'm not sure I exactly understand the interface, there are more pads on the vst than there are on the real es...Am I missing something here?

This would be the ultimate tool for me if I could get it to work right!

I tried to email the developer but hotmail sent it back to me and his forum is in french so that doesn't help. so maybe he'll read this...
