MDA Delay with tempo/bpm?

I had a project using a delay with tempo fixed so I could use it live with a beat. Then I decided to look at other ones and I can't find the best one I originally used but I could swear it was an MDA delay that had a bpm setting. I looked and I guess there isn't one but I really thought it was an mda. Anyway, is there one? There's no gui, and all I used to control was the delay speed mix/dry and feedback. It was the only smooth one that worked well. I know theres a buttload of delays but that one worked the best. It was pretty simple (no left/right separation)
Any help?
Thanks.

Hmm...prodelay has a full GUI, though. Are you thinking of one of the Smart Electronix ones, perhaps?

Just get the free Classic Delay from www.kjaerhusaudio.com - generally I find the MDA stuff to be the lowest possible quality available.

Well what am I thinking of?
Crap, sorry, here's what I was thinking of:

DX, not VST.
I wonder if it's the original 1997 plugins mooter's thinking of?

No, he said "there's no GUI". My money is on the db audioware bundle; it was quite popular back in the day.PeterL wrote:Maybe this:

db audio is close. It's driving me crazy, I could've sworn it was an mda delay, but neither of the 2 are it. I think MDA in general are good quality.
It might be my indigo, but at least half of the delays have a crackle, and it doesnt matter what latency I set it to, so that limits the live use.
SE's Analog Delay comes close I might have to work with that,
and I like Retro Delay except the crossfade for the wet/dry.

Ok, I accept your point of view. But I think it's the greatest bunch of plug-ins ever made. Rock solid, low cpu, great sound, unbeatable price...greendoor wrote:generally I find the MDA stuff to be the lowest possible quality available.

Check Ixox' delay.
There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.

Did you check the Smartelectronix stuff? There should be something like that, the simplest of things... I hate it when you can't find a missing plug-in!mooter wrote:db audio is close.
