New Zvon soundsets presets for ManyStation, TSW and VOX'd

The Prepared Rhodes and the Marching band Horns volumes 1 and 2 now have additional presets banks specially designed for the ManyStation, TSW and VOX'd. These banks are basically the same as the ones in the soundset download.

The difference is that in the presets that are using Wusikstation factory waveforms, these have been replaced by silence to avoid waveform error loading messages. So in some presets you will miss sounds that Wusikstation owners can enjoy. But they all sound good anyway. The majority of these presets were programmed by ToTc.

Note that more or less half of the presets from the original banks did not use Wusikstation factory waveforms. Of course the original banks are still included.
