DS-404 + Magix Midi Studio

In Maigix Midi Studio whenever I create a new patch for DS-404 and try to save it, or if I tweek the settings in an exisiting patch and try to save it, DS-404 switches off any selected filters and sets all the other front panel controls to their default positions. This means I have to tweek each patch every time I want to use it. ANy suggestions ?

Read the section in the manual regarding Advanced Patch Management, or look in the FAQ above.

I found the problem. Iwas trying to save patches with the Memory Protect set to ON. When I set it to OFF, I can save patches and the filter settings do not dissappear.
