I might be tempted to do this but I would need far more than a page and a vague description as to what they offer. Given that they are checking for format this seems more like a record label than simply a means of distribution.
What's the country of origin of this site and label? How are transactions done? How are paytments made? If I'm in the US and it's elsewhere are they going to take care of exchanging the currency?
Basically, I would not feel comfortable submitting to something with this little information. If they supplement the info on this page with some more specific info I might go for it.
