Locked locator - Why?

Hi

I'm using Cubase SX1.03 with Arturia Storm (via rewire).
My question is that I need to make a loop but can't put the left locator where I want. In Arturia it simply goes one bar after or one bar later from the place where I want it.
In Cubase, I can place it where I want but when I press "Play" it goes again to the original place.
You may say that this is a Storm problem but, when I open it alone it's possible to do what I want....so it seems that Cubase is imposing something to Storm.

Any tips?

Might be bar offset in the project setup. It might even be a bug in one or other program (SX1.06 had plenty of fixes).

Nope! I've checked that already and the offset is zero. It's only in that specific position.
