sorry, not to derail. I like the really old quirky finds: it's like findin fresh samples in old vinyl :)

Is that a spring reverb?
..what goes around comes around..

yup, with a foot control for each section 8)

no probs with the derailing though; this is kvr isn't it?

foot control? -like a sustain pedal? What exactly do the pedals control?

I had a dream a few nights ago about vintage radios, about 20 or 30 designs, completely a new dream topic for me

it had me thinking how cool it must have been back then, listening to broadcasts from distant cities

other than that, it would be vintage magic tricks for me

turn on/off: reverb/vibrato/dizzy (which appears to be some early distortion or something)

Although my funds are slowly dissipating. I decided to go on a hunt for something last week. I was looking into alot of older gear but most was more money than I wanted to spend (saw a Juno 106 that I bid on and it started to go pretty high quickly, figuring it would reach 400$ in not time I stopped bidding, what a fool I was, it endded up at about 250$) I then decided I wanted some sort of hardware sequencer and most of the analogue ones were way too expensive. Did some reading and found one of these for under 200$ not very old but I am happy.

Although it isn't an oldy I also got ahold of this

I am still interested in some piece of old analogue gear, it is gonna have to wait until I am employed again

ahhh; the pad :) I'm still indescisive on that.

Yeah; this is it for me too though for now.
(ehm, okay there's a an electric mistress on it's way)

Oh I forgot I also got this recently and it works fantastic with my evolver

and I got this for 57$

which the Peavey also works quite well with.

I have four bits of vintage gear and I love them all: My TX81Z for FM weirdness and All The Right House-y Sounds, my TR707 because of its plastic goodness and my poly-800 because, well, just because, and an Electric Mistress because it's so damn noisy (although I have the feeling the modulation could be a bit more extreme).

Also, I saw one of these at the store yesterday. I don't really have the money to spend on ancient drum machines, but I don't know if I can resist! :-o

I have a Jansen PA 80,4 line/mic and one gram/tape inputs from 30 years ago which I use to augment my crappy Creative speakers if I need too.A few years ago I took it back to Jansens [just up the road ],for a derust of contacts,de-humm operation, and blow me if the guy that made it wasn't in the shop.Better now than the day it was made he reckoned.

I have to have on of these!

Not analogue, not good enough to be digital.

I am starting to check ebay and yahoo auctions weekly now.
