anyone know of any good effect above? doesn't matter free or not
i heard this effect is real good when apllying to vocal, especially chopping up the prolongation

phutboyslim (absolutely brilliant)
the "Chopper" window in Acid is pretty great too, but Phutboy is more instant (just hit some MIDI keys and go to stutter heaven)

I should add that phutboyslim can be had by clicking the link in my signature, since it's not in the database.

For stuttering repeats, get Babysplice from 12th Floor.
Everything so far mentioned will work to some degree. For rhythmic gating, I prefer Tiny God's Tiny Gate. It's simple to use, allows random gating, and has a built-in delay.
