Sonic Reality

I'm a Reason 3.0 user...also runs Logic Pro 7 on a Mac. I'm in the GB currently offered by eSoundz.

My question is, once I have ST2 and SS2...do I still need these Refills? Do they use basically the same samples?

I'm finding myself using Reason quite a bit lately because I can finally do the Mastering within it.

Thinking of getting T-Rex to enhance the audio.

Refills...if they're the same as ST2 and SS2's samples, then I think I might not need them.

They're not the same as ST2 samples and not much overlap with Sonik Synth 2 samples either. I mean, there is some particularly in volumes 1-5 of the refills. But, otherwise there are some dispersed throughout. Most of the sounds in the refill series have never been made in SampleTank format. But, the main reason to get them is if you like to use sounds also in Reason which I do as well. We're doing Reason 3 versions (free upgrade if bought recently) with Combinator modules. Pretty cool!
