Has anyone successfully synchronized two PCs over 100mb Ethernet in a usable way?

I'd like to remote host some Reaktor Live Machines using Wormhole and MIDIOverLAN, but am afraid that the latency issues may prevent tight MIDI clock sync between two PCs.

Note: I installed MIDIOverLAN demo but it has expired before I remembered to test this out... Duh...

I'm afraid also, but haven't tested it (nor feel the urge to)
