Both single and multi band. Free and spendy.
What's your fave?
I need one yesterday.
Right now I'm using GY's and Classic Master Limiter, both of which I like but I'd like to go a step beyond in terms of quality.
GY's---very smooth and warm but I think it muddies the bass.
CML---nice and clear but the bass gets a little distorted and the highs could be smoother.
Thanks for your suggestions,
Dave

in freeware I'd have to say George Yong's W1 Limiter.... (and of course I prefer the BetabugsAudio version with GUI - same algo inside)
payware... I really like T-RackS and VintageWarmer for the not as clean as the W1 sounds

Edit: I meant GY's not GW's. I was calling him George Wong.
I've tried many. I forgot to mention Endorphin, which I also use and like a lot but I guess I'm looking for something I consider to be more transparent.
Elephant2 is supposed to be, but, truth be told, it's not one of my favs from him, though I swear by Soniformer and I just got GlissEQ and love it. I find the sound of Elephant to be colder sounding than the pre-processed material.
Still have yet to try GPP-1, though I don't think that has brickwall capability.
I just installed the Waves L3 and I'm a little underwhelmed. It's similar to GY's but I think shaves even more highs off.
Also tried Prosonic Dynasone which I like but find pretty edgy. and it's relly expensive.
Who's used GPP-1 and what do you think?

Free: TbT Pocket Limiter (also for live use, adds no latency)
Commercial: Elephant2 (really like it, lots of params to get the exact sound you want)
