long tempo delay

I need a recommendation for a simple, lightweight tempo delay that allows infinite that automatically detects the hosts tempo and allows for relatively long delay times (for example 8 bars at 70bpm).

Anyone have any suggestions?

You can try the Elottronix XL.

Even if it is not exactly what you need (and I think it is pretty close actually), it is a damn cool effect.
