Do CDA files contain loop information?

I'm working on an album, and I'm almost finished, but I just realized that I exported all of the songs (WAV format) with slice/loop markers. It doesn't affect playback at all, but it shows up in an editor. Kind of embarassing. I could spend an entire day re-rendering the songs, but I won't have to if the loop/slice data from the WAV files don't transfer to CDA.

And another quick question.. should I simply use Nero to put in all of the information about each song, or use a wave editor to input the WAV tag info?
