Without going into details, I just wanted to register my general negative experience with SoundsOnline.com customer service. They deserve to lose your business.

I urge you to boycott them for a while. Let them know that KVRites can stick together and that treating customers who spend several thousand dollars as if they just purchased two guitar picks doesn't fly any more.

I'd love to be supportive, but I placed an order last week friday, and received the order yesterday... but that was only $100...

If you are serious about having us all boycott SoundsOnline, then I think it would be in order if you gave some details on the negative experience you had with them.

I placed a large order. Got a confirmation email. Waited several days and then simply called to get a tracking number. Was told my order was not in the system by a generally unhelpful individual. Called another number and found out it hadn't even been entered yet. Was told it would be done that day and that I would get my tracking number that day by email. Several more days pass. I call to see what's up. I'm told it shipped already. I asked for the tracking number and I'm suddenly on hold and another person picks up the line who seemingly has no idea that I've already been talking to someone else. So I just go into my spiel about wanting a tracking number. This person tells me it hasn't shipped so I press for details. Bottom line: Bad customer service on a $2300 order.

That sucks, especially for that amount of money (assuming that you're not a millionaire either.

Is it finally shipping now? Or did you cancel the order?
