I would like to play a bassline on my keyboard(hooked up to a Sampletank2 bass patch) that has very fast 16th notes playing the same root note each measure and switching to a different chord for each measure(3 chords for verse and 4 for the chorus)so I would need for example; two A notes side by side on the keyboard so I could play it similiar to how one would on a real bass guitar when playing fast 16th notes(think Limp Bizkits "Mission Impossible Theme").

Maybe it would be easier to temporarily slow down the tempo, or maybe sequence the notes. Assigning two adjacent keys on a keyboard to the same note is... uh... kinda weird. I dont' know of any synth or keyboard instrument that does that. :?

Kim.

Maybe zones can be used in a "creative way". 2 zones with the same sound, then you'll have 2 keys for the same note
