Erm, maybe I should put a "feline" disclaimer in the legal mumblings...

Thanks for giving it a try! :D

So what's about renaming the title in "Catbasher" :D

I tested it out with my GF's cat, and yes, cats do seem to have an aversion to the more grating-crunchy sounds this plug can spit out it's arse. Cat got a bit violent, really. Nipples flushed and everything!

I was playing with Pixel Burn the other day thinking how I'd like one of those Synth Edit distortion graph thingies to put on any synth. You came along just in time to discourage me from learning Synth Edit.

Thanx!

Hmm, yes if you load Bit Basher up it initially sounds pretty transparent (aside from a little gain), so you could just use the waveshaper and nothing else ;) . Nice idea, maybe I should write a few quick plugs which are nothing but single modules that are popular... in your case Oli Larkin's "Modified Waveshaper".

Thanks for trying it out. :D

You should still learn Synth Edit though, wonderful fun!

"learn" synthedit - pah! synthedit is natural life logic :D nothing to learn, you people are all programmed to not realise all sorts of things.

but i know, i know, yes. if you did synthedit, you could know too, just like me, so we'll see with you won't we. oh yes.

On the aspect of being "programmed" yes, we are all "inflicted hybrid minded cyborgs" to a certain degree, no denying. But we have to be to survive in this society, no? All :hail: the mighty $ for ye have little of choice elsewise (even the mysterious Ru).

As for SE, it gets easier and easier the more you fiddle with it, admittedly. I still don't know how to create an image synth vocoder within it's bowels, but time will tell. And we'll see, yes, won't oh we.
