Nu GUI for Suppatrigga

I really can't stand the way SuppaTrigga looks in EXT so i have made a GUI wrapper for it in SE.

I will post screenshots when i get back to my main PC and i will post the wrapper after i have emailed Bram to get permission

Funny, you know. I use Audiomulch and like working with the new default GUI so much, I have a tendency lately to switch over to it with most GUI'ed plugins now that Mulch has the option to do so.

Tiny little problem with this at the moment that i haven't yet been able to fix.

When you load up the plug you have to reset all the controls by moving them past the original setting saved by Supatrigga.

I'll try and fix it but have no ideas yet
