What artists do you recommend I check out? I have some Paul Oakenfold, but I have no idea where to go from there. I'm actually new to electronic music in general, could you guys point me to some websites I should check out, give me some artists I should look at, or give me any tips or advice? Thanks in advance!

I think that the Godskitchen and Gatecrasher compilations tend to be decent, semi-commerical stuff. If you're looking for plenty of good trance tunes to listen to then pick up a few of these of amazon.
Im sure someone will tell you're they're 'cheesy' and 'commerical', but I think they're a good example of the music. And if anyone has a problem with that I'll beat them with a rubber hose, end of story
