I heard bowed bass on an old 70's soundtrack song and fell in love with the dark sound it produces imediatley! not sure if it was a standing bass but sounded more like an electric bass gtr that was bowed... I know it's an old school trick in music and would like to experiment with it. I prefer SF2 and wavs are cool too and a VST would be very nice! Have you guys heard anything of this? Hopefully free but Im willing to spend a little money....
