Seems silly to pay $80 for some freeware, a USB key, and a book on one of the programs.

I'm wondering if the DFX guys or Bones are getting any payment for the inclusion of their plugs in the package. I hope that these dudes at least asked the developers of the freeware if they could use their programs, plugs, etc. Bones, care to comment?
