I need a vsti plugin that outputs just midi data to a specified midi device channel ---> Not only controllers but also other commands, expecially sequencer commands 0xfa 0xfb 0xfc(start-stop-continue).
I'm under FLstudio but AFAIK midiout outputs just controllers, and also the dashboard (plus nrpn etc..)...

have you tried something from Era from sonicbytes ? Its essentially a VSTi sequencer but it just might output the midi messeges you need

If therers nothing else only other solution I can think of is if you use FL as a VST plugin in a host that does send those messeges or as a rewire slave

As I understand it, the VST spec doesn't actually support plugins outputting midi data, which is why most of them don't. For the few that do, they don't work in all hosts. You could try asking this in the developers forum, though, they would probably know.
