I've emailed Native Instruments to ask if I can transfer the license for one of my NI products I don't need anymore now I have Komplete 2. They haven't got back to me yet - has anyone any experience of how long this takes and if there's a way to speed things up? I think there's a form or something but they haven't sent me anything at all apart from a tracking email.

You didn't use that licence to get Komplete at reduced price? If you did, the licence is gone.

NI support sucks. They're slow to respond and they get it wrong half the time when they do.

They got back to me within hours - they mail you an attached form to fill in - PM me and I'll send you one.

NI messed me about with my request to sell my 2XT licence, initially telling me I couldn't!!

They relented but it took three emails a fax and eventually a 20 minute call to Berlin to sort it out. Good software but lousy customer - service.

my registration transfers have been really easy with them in the past.

I've received a mail from the support 1 week ago and then total silence.
almost like in Aliens. time to send the marines?
