Do you mean do they sound alike? Or are you asking about the type of EQ?
I will say I use HarmoniEQ ca 90% when doing final mixdowns...

Well, I'm interested in the way that HarmoniEQ simplifies shelving..from what I read, I don't have it to know. I do have Ozone 3 but I'm not real good at using it just yet.
