Yeah, there are some good piano soundfonts out there that you can use in sfz.
There are some decent dedicated piano VSTs, too. This one isn't exactly versatile (it's too bright for my tastes), but I think it has a quality sound and it's free:

With a piano soundfont, use psp pianoverb for the finishing touch

For quality I use soundfonts. For pure rawness I sample it myself by cutting one out of a song. All depends what you are going for.
