Up til now I've ordered plugins and stuff from audiomidi.com. I'm located in Japan and get hit with $70 shipping, but it usually still works out cheaper than buying it here. But.... I just pre-ordered Miroslav Philharmonik and they're going to ship for $15 - not an option I get with audiomidi.com.

Anybody know any other sites with cheap shipping? Anybody ordering stuff from Japan?
