minnieMouseMoog (with optional hair-ribbon controller and extended micKeyboard)

Popeye iPod

Vocaloid Stimpy (now with eediotronics)

Fender Animani-Axe

Tarnceformers

the Tassman-ian Devil

Invader Zildjian

Cap'n Crunch Amp Sim

He-Man, Master Level Control of the Universe

But I don't think these cartoon instruments, effects, etc. will catch on in a big way. People will be worried about Bugs, and there will always be a big Elmer FUD factor. Not to mention the possibility that when selling, you might have to pay a License Transfer Fee-lix the Cat.
