KVR Marketplace Returns & Refunds

All products sold by the KVR Marketplace are delivered digitally (electronically) via download or email.

You will NOT receive a physical product.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

However, in the exceptional circumstance that the product purchased does not function correctly on your computer a refund may be authorized. Please contact the developer of the product, using the support information provided in the purchase confirmation email (or your KVRMP Orders List), for resolution in the first instance. If the problem can not be resolved the developer can request that we refund the order.
