Textures

Everyday objects have a hidden sonic life. A dry leaf dragged across a surface. The electric hum of a coil meeting a motorcycle's idle. The impossible collision of a pillow, lemon juice, and a carrot becoming something unrecognizable.

Textures is an experiment in listening differently — 25 granular compositions built entirely from the physical world, captured and spatialized into full Third-Order Ambisonic fields.

This is not a library of sounds. It is a library of matter.

The Experiment.

Each composition layers 2 to 4 everyday objects — kitchen items, mechanical parts, organic materials, electronic components — processed and dissolved into evolving spatial textures. The source is always recognizable if you know what you're listening for. The result never is.

Designed as an immersive audio tool for sound designers who need beds that breathe, tension that doesn't announce itself, and atmosphere with genuine physical origin.

Format.

3OA ambiX — 25 WAV files, 16 channels each. Full spherical resolution, compatible with Unity, Unreal, DaVinci Resolve, Nuendo, Reaper, and all major spatial audio environments. Decode to any speaker layout.

Binaural — 25 stereo renders, headphone-ready.

50 files. 14.1 GB unzipped. 100 minutes total.

Ideal For.

Video game audio beds and procedural ambiences. XR and VR spatial layers. Film and TV underscore and tension design. Dolby Atmos content creation.
