VEQ-4K Pink

VEQ-4K Pink is a late 80s revision of the four-band channel strip EQ module found on a game-changing vintage British console of that era. Faithfully recreated and available in native formats for all Synergy Core Native members.

The hardware original that inspired VEQ-4K Pink was first introduced in the late 80s. It featured proportional gain settings and HF & LF shelving with its signature dip and bump combo right before the shelf boost and cut. The Pink version of this legendary EQ module has a wider frequency range and its boost or cut gain range is also extended to +/- 20 dB.

Found on the channel strips of the most important 80s mixing consoles, in the past 50 years, the VEQ-4K EQ series, in all of its four variations was used on numerous records from all genres.

The original consoles, that featured these amazing EQ modules are still favored by pro audio engineers from several generations. It's needless to say these are highly sought-after and expensive hardware units this is why we found it important to add them to our native plugin collection. You now have access to this legendary EQ series, with not only VEQ-4K Pink but all other three different-colored revisions with each of their unique nuances, vintage punch, and precise but warm sound-shaping features.
