Westlake EQ III

The Westlake EQ was specifically designed for use on musical instruments. It is especially good on bass, guitars and drums. If you can imagine an API 550 on steroids, this is it. This plugin can boost and cut like nothing else.

The user interface is simple and elegant. The boost/cut controls are incredibly smooth and musical.

The Westlake EQ has 69 frequencies across 6-bands, with continuously variable +/-18 dB boost and cut. There is also a very smooth Low Cut filter and a High Shelf with two Air bands which sound absolutely killer. The Westlake EQ is an amazing tool for creating space, definition and depth for every musical instrument in your recording.
