Kobito has announced that GrabTracks v2.0 is now available. This update adds a new way of working with layers and context, while keeping the workflow lightweight and exploratory.
New in Version 2
- External Sample Lane:
- Drag and drop any audio to layer with your current track.
- The External Lane uses the same effect chain as the Main Lane, and unlocks two-source Granular Synthesis.
- Granular Synthesis – External Grain Source:
- A new Source control lets you blend between sources:
- 0 = 100% Main Source.
- 100 = 100% External Source.
- Floating Controls:
- Adjust Volume, Mute, or mute only the original audio (so only the UI Region audio is heard).
- Effect Drawer:
- Keep your toolbar tidy by moving less-used effects into the drawer.
