MultifxVST updated to v0.7.8

CTAF
MultifxVST from CTAF Audio has been updated to v0.7.8.

Changes:
  • Improvement when changing chain.
  • MIDI implementation (CC0 = chain number , CC1--> CC32 = parameters).
  • Lots of bugs fixed.

NOTE: Standalone and VSTi versions are planned.
