NAMM 2025Pigtronix announces Cosmosis I - Single Footswitch Stereo Ambient Reverb

Pigtronix has introduced Cosmosis I, a single footswitch variation of Cosmosis, the brand's first stereo ambient reverb pedal. Here's what they say:
Cosmosis I is a high-fidelity digital reverb that delivers premium ambient reverb sounds in a streamlined, single-footswitch enclosure. It contains three unique Pigtronix space algorithms with onboard controls for the size of the reverb, wet/dry blend, and filtering. Custom-made LED touch switches provide instant color-coded access to three unique reverb spaces as well as three user-defined presets.
Theatre (blue) puts the player in a variable room that ranges from cozy to highly reflective using multiple parallel short reverberators. Temple (amber) occupies a dramatic, large indoor space by implementing numerous long reflections in both parallel and series. And Cosmos (purple) creates an enormous spectrum of heavenly reverb derived from the harmonic content it's fed. Each of these three spaces is a completely unique algorithm—a combination of impulse responses and imaginative, heady mathematics.
Cosmosis I also features their signature 'Morph' function that allows musicians to alter their settings in real-time by pressing and holding the footswitch. This feature provides a simple way for players to trigger a gradual change to various reverb parameters simultaneously. Players can set both "red" and "green" values on their Tone, Blend, and Size knobs, then engage the Morph to traverse the difference between these values as indicated by the color-changing Engage LED. Create elegant morphs for subtle movement or sweeping, cinematic morphs for dramatic sound design effects. Stereo functionality is available via the TRS output jack.
After years in research and design, the original dual-footswitch Cosmosis had a stand out release in September of 2023. Now, the all-new Cosmosis I offers the same remarkable reverb sounds in a compact format and even more affordable price.
Price: $149 at Sweetwater or Thomann.
