Sample Logic has announced the launch of GrainScaper, a granular synthesis audio processor.
GrainScaper allows users to import audio from virtual instruments, analog inputs, or audio files and transforms them using granular synthesis. It can process audio in real-time or work with pre-recorded tracks to create dynamic textures, soundscapes, and effects by manipulating sound at a granular level.
The processor features four independent grain modules with a dedicated cloud mixing system, drag-and-drop modulators, an XY spatial controller for positioning grains, built-in master effects, and a randomizer for quick inspiration.
