SpinEQ updated to v1.0 build 103

SpinAudio have updated SpinEQ to v1.0 Build 103.

Changes:

Last used filter didn't turn off when switching to no active filters state bug fixed.
Improper Input Gain slider scale in the skin bug fixed.
Minor corrections in the Manual.
